Ciudad Retoño faces a critical challenge: the decline of essential bee pollinators, threatening food security and ecosystems. Addressing this is imperative for community survival. Led by the Cauce Ciudadano Foundation, the Nektli project creates a bee refuge in La Paz, State of Mexico. This scalable model is vital beyond local borders. Participation from all sectors is crucial. Together, we aim to build not just a greener future for Ciudad Retoño but also lay the groundwork for global biodiversity preservation and food security.
